Radiographic Testing uses X-ray or gamma radiation to produce an image of the internal structure of welds and components.
What Our Technicians Will Do:
Our certified radiographers will position the part, set up radiation sources, capture the radiographic image, develop or process the digital file, and interpret the results. They follow strict safety procedures and will coordinate with your crew to minimize disruptions.
Where It Can Be Done:
RT is typically performed on job sites or at approved locations. Some smaller items can be examined in our lab, depending on radiographic requirements.
Why It Matters:
RT provides permanent, visual proof of internal quality and is excellent for detecting volumetric defects like porosity, inclusions, and lack of fusion.
