Eddy Current Testing uses electromagnetic fields to detect cracks, corrosion, and material variations, especially in non-ferrous and conductive materials.
What Our Technicians Will Do:
Our technicians will select the appropriate probe, calibrate for your material, scan the surface, and analyze signal changes to identify cracks or changes in material thickness. Eddy current can detect very small defects, even without removing coatings in some cases.
Where It Can Be Done:
ECT can be performed on-site or in our lab, depending on the application and part size.
Why It Matters:
This method is excellent for aviation, tubing, and precision inspections where small flaws can have big consequences.
